Inspired by the scenery, nature, and life that we meet on the journey
we will cook freely today as well.
A healthy pizza with lots of vegetables and fruits on the road are
the memories of our journey.
ABOUT PIZZA
The taste of a journey
made from the materials of the land we arrived at.
MAPSのピザは、添加物・たまごを使用していない、からだに優しいピザです。イタリア産小麦と北海道産小麦を独自の配合でブレンドし、程よいモチモチ食感で小麦の香りを楽しめる生地です。
MAPS pizza does not use additives and eggs, so it is healthy. The pizza dough is a unique blend of Italian and Hokkaido pizza dough.
野菜は主に、その土地の農家さんのものを使用しています。チーズは、朝絞り牛乳から作られた飛騨高山産モッツァレラ。香味野菜と厳選したトマトで作る自家製トマトソース、手間ひまかけて作る燻製ベーコンやスモークチーズ、石窯ローストポークなどトッピングも１から手作りしています。
We mainly use vegetables from local farmers. Mozzarella cheese is from Hida Takayama made from morning squeezed milk. Smoked bacon and tomato sauce are homemade.
木材ペレットを使い、高温の石窯の中で一気に焼き上げるので、薪窯と同じ木の香ばしさを味わえます。本格的な石窯で焼きたてのおいしいピザを毎日つくっています。
MAPS uses wood pellets when baking pizza in a kiln. As a result, you can enjoy the same aroma of wood as a wood-fired kiln.
